Day 1: Fes – Midelt – Todra Gorges:

Our 5 days tour from Fes to the Sahara desert begins with the pick up from your accommodation in Fes in the direction of the Todra Gorges. We will pass through the Ifrane forest and the cedar forest. In general, we will drive through the High Atlas and Middle Atlas mountains. Lunch will be served in the Midelt region, in the city of Zaida. Finally, we will pass through Imilchil in the Middle Atlas Mountains. In a while we will have reached Todra where we will spend the night.

Day 2: Todra Gorges – Merzouga:

The second day of our 5 days from Fes to the Sahara desert will be a desert trip. First we will pass through some unique cities in the southeast of Morocco like Tinghir and Tinjedad. Finally, we will reach the desert. We will take the camels and drive through the dunes. In general, today we will attend the sunset, enjoy a traditional Moroccan meal and listen to Berber music under the stars.

Day 3: Erg Chebbi desert – Merzouga:

As mentioned, the third day will be dedicated to discovering the desert area. Normally, the desert journey begins by visiting the Berber nomads. They are considered as the indigenous people of Morocco. Further on the desert journey continues, this time we will travel through many scenic spots. We will arrive at a kohl mine that was colonized and used by the French administration. The desert journey continues, this time we will head to Khamlia and explore the Gnawa people and their music. Some of the next destinations that we will visit are the National Automobile Museum of Morocco and some of the Oasis of the desert.

Day 4: Camel trekking – Merzouga – Midelt:

Today, after having breakfast, we will take the camels from the camp and we will go to spend the night in Midelt, the first city in Morocco in terms of apple production. First we will pass through the Ziz Valley, the largest source of dates in Morocco with its thousands of palm trees. In the afternoon we will have arrived at Midelt where the fourth day of our 5 days from Fes to the Sahara desert ends.

Day 5: Midelt – Azrou – Fes:

On the last day of our 5 days tour from Fes to the Sahara desert we will head to Fes. We will drive through the High Atlas Mountains, however we will make stops along the way to allow you to enjoy the views and take photos. We continue traveling, this time we will stop in the cleanest city in Morocco and Africa. However, after exploring the latter, we will have to leave for Fes where our tour ends.
