Rachid is in charge of reservations and making sure that everything is to the satisfaction of the travelers. Born among the dunes of the desert and trained in tourism in the classrooms of Morocco, he is the perfect combination between knowledge of the territory and technical competence.
His expertise behind the scenes of management makes it possible for each trip to be a unique and seamless experience.

Ismail grew up in Morocco, where he soaked up his city’s cultural mix. It was his father, raised in Morocco, who transmitted his fascination for the country through his childhood memories. He traveled to the United States of America at a very young age and over the years consolidated his knowledge of the country’s geography, culture, and customs. This baccalaureate earned him the position of unofficial guide for friends and acquaintances. If he could, he would visit the country with them. On one of these trips, in the middle of the Sahara dunes, a co-worker told him that he should consider turning that into a business. What at first seemed like a crazy idea took the form of a promising business project.
