Program Itinerary
Day 1: Tanger – Chefchaouen:
We start our 12 days from Tangier to Marrakech, departure from Tangier to Chefchaouen, we cross the Rif mountains, Tetouan. We will enjoy the view of the Rif mountains. We arrive at Chefchaouan where we will spend the night in a hotel
DAY 2: Chechaouen – Volubilis – Meknes – Fes:
We descend to Volubilis, where we explore the Roman ruins. Next, we go to Meknes to see this heritage from the 17th century. After lunch, we will explore the historic medina, as well as the sanctuary of Bab el Mansour and Moulay Ismail. Afterwards, we will head to Fes, where we will spend the night in a local riad.
Day 3: Visit the City Fes:
We visit Fes, the oldest, richest, cultural, religious, spiritual, where you can see everything that has not suffered the passage of time.
The Chouara tannery: it is the largest and best known of the four traditional tanneries.
The Karaouine Mosque: the most important and with one of its largest architectural ensembles.
Bab Boujloud: the most important access gate to the medina, the oldest area.
Royal Palace of Fes: from the 14th century, it is one of the oldest and largest in Morocco, although it cannot be visited inside.

Day 4: Fes – Ifrane – Azrou – Ziz Valley – Merzouga:
We will go to Merzouga; we will pass through Ifrane, located in the Middle Atlas Mountains, we will pass through Ifrane has European-style houses with sloping roofs that evoke an uncanny resemblance to Switzerland hence it is often called the Switzerland of Morocco, and we will pass through the cedar forests where the most famous inhabitant is the great Gouraud cedar. Our next stop will be Azrou (Rock); Surrounded by hills it is a perfect place to walk and surroundings, the main interest of the city is in its artisan cooperative, where women weave carpets and other people carve cedar wood. then we go to Midelt through the Tizi n’Talghemt pass; or Neck of the Camel, at 1907 meters of altitude, highlighted by impressive mountains that are completely bare which makes it an interesting place. We continue until we reach Erfoud; “the door of the desert”. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 5: Merzouga – Khamlia – Erg Chebbi:
We continue 12 days from Tanger to Marrakech. We headed towards the desert to learn how the indigenous people live in this area and share a cup of tea with them. We enter the door of the great Sahara desert where we can enjoy an impressive landscape and observe how nature changes, we pass. Khamlia brings us to a small village where the people of black Africa have created their home, there they survive with their cattle on their land and where we can enjoy tea while listening to their music. In the middle of the afternoon we return to our hotel where the camels are waiting for us to take us to the dunes. Spend a night under a sky full of stars, you will be able to see what the silence of the desert is like, surrounded by kilometers of fine sand, enjoy the sunset in the golden dunes. and spend an unforgettable night enjoying tea and dinner with the nomads. Day 6: Erg Chebbi Dunes – Todra Gorges – Dades Valley:
In the morning we get up to enjoy the desert sunrise, we will return to the hotel where you can take a shower and enjoy a good breakfast.
We take the Route of the thousand Kasbahs; a tour with beautiful landscapes of the hills and valleys, passing through small remote villages with a medieval air that we must not miss; traditional architecture, houses made of stone, wood and mud mixed with straw
Our route continues towards the Todra Gorges; One of the most visited places and tourist attractions in Morocco, the impressive and spectacular gorges appear as a canyon with vertical walls of reddish rock that reach about 300 meters in height.
We will continue to the Tinghir Palm Grove, a white and dusty city lost in a landscape of canyons, then to the Dades Valley. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 7: Dades Valley – Ouarzazate:
After breakfast our route will continue through the Dades Valley that offers us a much greater variety of landscapes than the Todra Valley, truly spectacular gorges and canyons that will make our route so pleasant in the nature of this country; a spectacular tour enlivened by a series of fortresses built in adobe with crenellated towers and rough bricks. We cross Kelaat M’gouna; known as the Valley of Roses, known for the massive cultivation of roses for various uses. Today its cultivation covers large areas and is a way of life for many families in the region. In the valley there is a festival to celebrate the rose harvest at the end of April or beginning of May. It is worth seeing if you can visit at this time. Finally today we will arrive at Ouarzazate where we will have the rest of the day free. Dinner and accommodation.
Day 8: Ouarzazate – Ait Benhaddou – Marrakech:
we will have breakfast and visit the UNESCO site of the Kasbah of Taourirt; Once the residence of one of the region’s most powerful governors, it is now the headquarters of an organization for the conservation of Morocco’s architectural heritage. It is one of the most beautiful kasbahs in Morocco; we visit the film studios known as the “Hollywood of Africa”; one of the largest in the world.
We continue to Ait Benhaddou; UNESCO site, located on a hill and next to the river was the old caravan road between the Sahara and Marrakech, also well known for the filming of many famous movies such as: “Lawrence of Arabia”, ” The Sheltering Sky” and Babel, among many. We pass through Tichka at 2,260m altitude, which is the highest drivable mountain pass in North Africa. We will arrive in Marrakech in the afternoon. End of our services.
Day 9: Exploration of Marrakech with a local guide (Visit to Marrakech):
After breakfast you can visit Marrakech, where walking through the streets of the medina and getting lost in its immense souk or savoring traditional Moroccan food or having an orange juice in Jemaa El Fna square is a joy.
The beauty of this city of yesteryear is still preserved today, with the smell of fresh mint, the sound of snake charmers or the bustle of its impressive souk: the largest in Morocco, all this and more is Marrakech, the traveler will find shops with the most varied products, as well as food stalls where they serve the traditional snail soup, or, attracted by the intense smell of mint, you will come to some herb stalls. Day 10: Marrakech – Essaouira:
from Marrakech to Essaouira starts at 8 am! Your driver will pick you up from your accommodation towards the Atlantic coast to the well-known Mogador Essaouira via Chichaoua, the only region in the world where the Argan tree and the goats in the background of a magnificent acrobatic show and located 170 km from Marrakech. Visit to the Argan oil cooperative. Lunch in the port of Essaouira, and free time to discover the Medina and its monuments, including the old Mellah (Jewish quarter), the Scala and the Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdallah Museum and watch the beautiful sunset the sun and a glass of tea in one of the main squares with cafes. Essaouira is famous for wood crafts and enjoy the Souks of the Medina Dinner and accommodation in the typical Riad in the comfortable Medina.
Day 11: Essaouira – Marrakech:
After breakfast, we head to the beach of Sidi Kaouki, just 30 km south of Essaouira is this laid-back and laid-back beach town, known for being one of the top surfing destinations in Morocco. Enjoy the rustic charm of this sleepy fishing village and surf hotspot.
